Overview of Required Tasks for Completion

  • Requirements

  • Primary Tasks:
    1. Connect Your Computer to the ATS Office 365 Tenant

 

Connect Your Computer to the ATS Office 365 Tenant

Connecting your computer to the ATS Office 365 tenant is a crucial part of this integration. This step must be implemented to ensure your computer does not face any issues post-migration.

  1. Close and save all your open applications and documents.
  2. Launch the application ‘Company Portal’ from the start menu.

  3. Click on the search button and type ‘ATS Migration’.

  4. Click on the ‘ATS Migration’ icon and click ‘Install’.

  5. You will receive a notification mentioning that your computer will be signed out.

  6. Once the computer completes the reboot cycle, it will be joined to the ATS Office 365 Tenant. 
  7. Enter your password to log in to your computer.

  8. Once logged in, all your applications and files should still be accessible and working without any issues.
